This service is offered to all members of the Association:- Provider - Guardian Life of the Caribbean.

Your eligible dependents are your legal wife or husband, (not including those legally separated) or the person living with you in a recognized husband and wife relationship. Unmarried children, step-children and children legally adopted who are less than nineteen  (19) years of age and living in your household and having the same permanent residence as you or absent therefrom only to attend school. Such child/children must be dependent upon you for support and registered as your dependents.

Children who are beyond nineteen (19) years of age but up to the age of twenty-five (25) years shall be eligible if they have the same permanent residence as you and if they are full-time students  at an accredited college or university and coverage was effected prior to age 19. Proof of attendance must be submitted annually.

Members who have retired from the service can still continue their membership in the Plan until
age  99 years, their mode of payment could either by cash /cheque or standing order with your banker
